I did measure it first, 390mm if memory serves on mine. If it needs adjusting my mate has a Portapower i can use.

It looks like it has been patched in a couple places. It's doable but would need a fair bit of welding and some fabbed or replacement sheet metal.
Yes it has, these will be cut out as the quality is a bit, erm, junk to put it politely.Repair panels have been ordered from SIP where possible, the rest will be fabbed by welder, he's a dab hand at this sort of thing.

At then end of the day, I'm doing it for me so I want it doing the best it can be, if it costs more then so be it.

I measured my Rally at 36.5cm from the point of the seat base to the top corner of the fork tube.

But not sure if my frame is perfect.

I looked around for this measurement, and can't find anything official.

Get SoCal to measure his and report back. I think he has a statistically valid sample of Supers in his garage.

Hi. Sorry for delay in replying. The work has stalled slightly as I need the end engine side repair sheet and I'm struggling to find one. SIP have been out of stock for over a year. I'm still looking but not having any luck so far. Does anyone out there know where there might be one?
I've attached progress pictures to show where I'm up to.
Don't worry the project will not be forgotten! Thanks

This what I'm after.
