I did measure it first, 390mm if memory serves on mine. If it needs adjusting my mate has a Portapower i can use.

It looks like it has been patched in a couple places. It's doable but would need a fair bit of welding and some fabbed or replacement sheet metal.
Yes it has, these will be cut out as the quality is a bit, erm, junk to put it politely.Repair panels have been ordered from SIP where possible, the rest will be fabbed by welder, he's a dab hand at this sort of thing.

At then end of the day, I'm doing it for me so I want it doing the best it can be, if it costs more then so be it.

I measured my Rally at 36.5cm from the point of the seat base to the top corner of the fork tube.

But not sure if my frame is perfect.

I looked around for this measurement, and can't find anything official.

Get SoCal to measure his and report back. I think he has a statistically valid sample of Supers in his garage.

Hi. Sorry for delay in replying. The work has stalled slightly as I need the end engine side repair sheet and I'm struggling to find one. SIP have been out of stock for over a year. I'm still looking but not having any luck so far. Does anyone out there know where there might be one?
I've attached progress pictures to show where I'm up to.
Don't worry the project will not be forgotten! Thanks
This what I'm after.

Hi all, sorry it's been so long between posts, but I'm stuck without this frame repair panel, so I started messing about with other stuff, namely a little Honda monkey bike but that's another story. Does anyone know where I may find this repair panel? Or even an frame chop panel. I really can't proceed without it as the panel that's on has been patched in the past and it looks shocking. Thanks for any help you can give me in sourcing this.

Am I missing something? The picture of the panel you are looking for is the side still on your scooter, correct? So you need the other side.
Couldn't be that simple, could it?

Thanks for your interest.
Yes, I'm after the engine side panel which is still attached. I have a new glovebox side panel which I was about to replace but then decided to replace the engine side also. I haven't removed this panel yet as I'm wanting to retain some structural rigidity until I'm ready. The glove box side panel overlaps the engine side panel so that side needs doing first. I just can't find the engine side panel.
