Hello, few weeks ago i bought PK 125 XL automatica. Then i realized that the automatic engine were unreliable and slower than the manual version (i heard that many people change into PTS or special crankcase).

I plan to change the engine to manual, i need some advice from all of you.
1. I bought PK 50 automatica lower handlebar then how to modify automatic stick shifter into manual stick shifter? should i weld the pipe stick? Or i just use PX pipe stick shifter?
2. Do i need to cut the plate underneath seat in order to give an exhaust line? What the cons?

Here's my PK125XL

Easier to sell it and buy a manual. Lots of differences, especially the frame, it's not the handlebars only. I don't think you can actually fit a manual engine on it…

Ur not the only one witb this issues, i just bought a corsa for 1,5jt but i can find an outer pulley, and a clutch plus that tiny anchor pin Facepalm emoticon why i keep it cause it have tittle and just happen to be jakarta tittle..

As for ur handlebar to make it tiwst for shift, have u ever see a batman handlebar nor a repro of a wide frame, we normally said it was a stang tangkap, u can just use the shift mechanisme, and hide the cable underneat the headset cover

As for the exhaust line, just release that round plate that hold ur spare wheel

Anyway good luck with the corsa and cheer
