Are you sure they are broken? Sometimes, the nut that holds them on comes loose and falls off.

IF they are truly broken, then the only solution is to get new ones.

Buy new turnsignals, in the mean time
Cut a small piece of garden hose, slit long ways, slip over broken turnsignal stalk, secure with hose clamps, tire wraps or black tape

I've never seen one actually break. Come apart, needing re-assembly, yes, often.

That happened to mine from sitting out in the Florida sun for a few years. The rubber crumbled. I don't remember the brand but I found suitable replacements at a local Yamaha shop. I think I had to do a little modification though.

Remove the nut and washer on the inside of the fairing.

Beware: You will need a very skinny wrench (17mm IIRC) which can be gotten at bicycle shops.

If you are using aftermarket replacement units, be sure to solder the connectors of the broken lights onto the new ones and use heatshrink tubing to keep the connections from getting green death (corrossion)

Needs 4 new signals. Perfect time to upgrade to Piaggio's Euro spec LED blinkers and relay.

100% plug and play, and no more water ingress into the bulb housing or bulbs to deal with.

I would try to rebuild the direction indicators. For example, using hot melt glue. Of course, if the new ones are not very expensive, it is better to buy new ones.

I thought of that when the same thing happened to mine but all of the rubber was crumbling and the cost of replacements was worth it to me instead of trying to fix.

Credit to sbaert for the following information.

Information on the Euro Spec turn signal relay to enable LED signals can be found on this thread. Turn signal relay

"STAR Blinker device with Hazard Control Unit 12V part 1D002536R" which can be purchased from https://www.easyparts.nl/Blinker-Device-With-Hazard-p33684637

I installed it on my 2016 Mp3 500ie Sport NAFTA and it works fine with the existing incandescent marker bulbs but will also work on future LED upgrades.

The indicator stalks are pretty pricey. We have them and a set of four will set you back about $120. But you might be able to find another manufacturer that uses them. My Moto Guzzi indicators were about $45 each, and if I had ordered them when I needed them, in 2006, I might have them by now. Turns out Buell used the same indicators, they were in stock, and they were about $10 each.
6402455 is the Piaggio part number for the Left Rear, Right Front, and the other one is 6402455.
