Seller is asking $2400, but will take $2000. Running, all lights work, clean title, it's less than an hour away from me. Seals for sure, may have clutch issue.

Take the jump? Am I thinking to hard or not enough? I just don't see many down here.

Do you have more pictures? I am seeing little small details like missing the kick starter rubber, missing the seat puller, missing the center stand rubber booth. The paint is so so.
I would pay $2000 if the engine is very strong otherwise I think you can find a better well taken care of P200E for a little bit more.

There's also no oil in the sight glass, so unless the owner runs it pre-mix, the engine may have more issues than just a leaky seal or two.

It has at least one, possibly two resprays on it, but the body looks straight and dent-free.
Past that, it's not a great price, but not a terrible price for a P200, especially in this part of the world where vintage Vespa's are few and far between.

I have to wonder a little about the owner, given that they listed it as a Primavera when it's a P200. Maybe a scam?

Yea, those little things add up. Not just $$ but signs of ongoing care. Heres another pic.

What's up with the tail light?

2k not a terrible price if it's running good. Can do better with patience, and willingness to get one in worse condition, or can do worse with no patience.

Somebody sure loved it, it seems seems like to me. How well and for how long you'll have to consider, but I do like it too. If the mechanicals are good(clutch is easy fix relatively) and not rusty on the bottom and I was in your shoes, I think I'd drive that less than an hour and have cash stashed along so you can see it up close & how it runs. Probably soon, before it's gone.

Perfect leggy and floor trim, dingless body and even new tire titties all appeal a lot to me!

Looks good! Make sure it's a 200.

It shows 1200 miles on the odometer, which could be accurate. It's a 1979 speedo.

Terrible rattle can paint job, but the body looks straight. That's not a bad price for a p200.

Looks like the original silver on the handlebars. Going out tomorrow morning with some tools and see how much he lets me poke around. It does have nice straight lines.

Eh, not overly enthusiastic myself, I think you could find better. However, that may well not be true in your local market, and I don't think you'll get burned on it, especially if they are willing to let you poke around (don't seem to be hiding anything). Grab it if it feels right for you and don't over think it. Mine was a real basket case when I bought it and it's done me well through thick and thin

For the non-South Florida Southeast, that's not a bad price for a P200, especially if the owner will take an even $2k.

I dig it, myself, and had even considered doing a satin finish on my GL, but my project backlog is deep enough (and going to be expensive enough) that I can't add another right now unless it's a solid DoTD.
