My son's SMAX is making me appreciate the relative simplicity of my GTV.

I am trying to get his turn signal back in place where it popped out from that guy shoving it over back in the summer.

There is a plastic receptacle on the body that I believe I need to remove, but it is not freely popping out, and I cannot even see how it is held in place. I have also tried removing the plastic body panels, but I find I am just randomly removing screws with no apparent result.

Does any one know of any online tutorials or instruction on removing/installing turn signals on a Yamaha SMAX? Both Google and my intuition seem to be failing me.

You might also try ADV Rider.... they have a pretty active thread on all things SMAX:
https://advrider.com/f/threads/yamaha-xc155-smax-thread.1005540/

Maybe someone there has already done this. Or has a shop manual and can look up the details?

Thanks. I'll check out the list. YouTube has not come through for me, though I have not had the patience to scroll through all the search results.

I sometimes find assembly hints in parts diagrams.
