Folks,

I've discovered what appears to be an empty screw hole just above the oil filter on my ET4.

Can anyone tell me what it is for? Am I missing something?

I've looked at all the diagrams I could find, but I don't see the use for that screw hole. Maybe it ISN'T a screw hole. Maybe it's me that has a screw loose. Yikes!

Thanks in advance for your help.

No water pump on an ET4.

It could be as simple as a locating hole. It might be used during manufacturing to properly locate the case half on a CNC machine during the final machining process.

That's plausible. Thanks.
