He's fighting a similar battle right now. If that looks like more than you want to bite off, then pass or buy it as a parts donor to a better frame. Either way, that's not going to be much patina left by the time you get finished, so get comfortable with the idea of fresh paint.

Granted it's a bit interesting with it being a P with Rally forks and headset and no indicators, but the effort and money to restore/repair is not worth it IMHO

It is cool to have the unique features of the Spanish bike. Probably means closing some front signal holes on the new frame.
