Hey friends I am replacing the floorboard + leg protector. What are the dimensions of the distance from the chair in the Vespa Rally 200 to the steering wheel? I'm sending you a picture of what I're replacing in Vespa. Thank you all

Can you post a pic or more detail of what exactly you want measured.
I think you want the tip of the seat frame to the base of the steering column... but I am unsure exactly what you are after.

That's the Grabor one. It's the highest quality replacement, but needs the struts added, and the horncast.

If the frame tube is ok, just replacing the legshield/floorboard shouldn't move anything.

The distance between the chair and the handlebars is 37 cm?

Here's a thread where they measure it.

VBB measurement help

Can you post a photo of your Vespa? You may not need the whole legshield.

That part is high quality, but it requires a lot of modification.
- There are two or three brace struts that need to be added
- The horncast needs to be welded in
- There is a reinforcement plate that needs to be fabricated and spot welded

It's possible you can use just the lower part of the legshield, though.

They make those so they can be used on a number of models, but the model-specific parts need to be added.
Horncast needs to be welded in if you go all the way up. There are a few styles of these.

Struts. Need to be spot welded in.

You can see the reinforcement plate in the middle. For some reason you have to make one and spot weld it.

I'm doing the same thing with mine right now, and only went up this high. But it was rust, and not collision damage.
