Vespa ET4 seat

So I've recently got hold of a Vespa ET4 but the seat is loose and the bracket is completely rusted, I've looked everywhere online to find a replacement part for this but struggling to find one If anyone has any advice or a way around this that would be amazing I'll attach a photo of my 2 bikes with the part I need one is how it should be and one is the new rusted bike

According to the parts schematic that's part of the seat, not sold separately. The good news is a seat off off an LX or s model will also fit it. I have an S50 seat on my ET2.
