Local Vespa club were going for a ride - saw the event posted on Facebook and decided to join in. Hadn't yet taken the ride out of the city and the route was lots of twisty roads through some beautiful forested ranges nearby. Good to push mine and the bikes limits. Had my helmet cam running so decided to dump it all to YouTube. By all, I do mean the whole hour or so ride! Apologies - but that's what the scroll is for right? (Cbf'd editing it beyond slapping a few titles here and there).
Starting point
Quick stop
Final destination - lunch

1. Your bare metal look musta been a hit
2. Really nothing like one of those rides to truly see how well jetted in the scoot is. 3. Lucky no one was hurt running around on the wrong side of the road for an entire hour like that. Looks like a great day out. |

I grew up in New Zealand, Hawkes Bay (Napier & Hastings) and the video reminds me of the days of riding my PX around the country on those beautiful country rodes with little traffic. Ive been living in Switzerland for the last 25 years and although there are also beautiful rides here, its the amount of traffic on the road thats the down-side. Love you bare-metal look, the seat and the expansion chamber exhaust. Looks the part... A question about your bar-end mirror, does it turn when you change gears or is it fixed in one position. If its fixed how did you manage to fit it? Cheers Robbie |

Spent 2 years in London.
Came back to states and, on more than one occasion, came out of the hardware store and gleefully climbed into the passenger seat. Damn. No steering wheel. People are looking. Oh well. Got out - walked around to "drivers side" and drove off. Am sure people watching thought I was on drugs.
