1. my vespa sits for a whole week with locked steering to the side. I noticed some oil on the outer side of the rim. I would assume if it is break fluid leak it would leak on the inner side of the wheel not the outer side. Everything else seems dry save for the disk which is oiled i would say but it seems normal.did anyone experience something similar ?

2. Theb i hear a small click sound when steering turns almost 100% left, (the steering lock side). Is this normal ?
