This will apply to all piaggio i assume, ive just got the chap that owns the scooter to drop the clocks off so i can see why the ecu is not giving an earth to the relay for fi coil and injector, but when the clocks are plugged in no immobiliser led is on, not one single flash, just not working, ive tried another antenna and both keys, but nothing. ive tested the wire from the relay to the ecu and it has continuity so no breaks. so i assumed there was some sort of immobiliser problem and wanted to check the codes, any one know why.

found the problem after a couple of days, this scooter was stolen recovered and the wires into the decoder had been cut and thicker wires all the same colour added, and then the female connectors silicone'd in, after i carefully picked out the silicone, i found all the pins and connectors where green and corroded badly, cleaned all the pins up and white greased, chopped the wires off and replace with the correct gauge and colour. Job done.
