If it has no rot, especially at the tail, I'd go for it. Rust can be treated. As said, ride it, love it and then you can think about what to do with it. Price wise, I think it's a bit high, but probably normal?? for your part of the world. I bought my T5 for 650€ (not many T5s in Greece) but threw in around 3k to get it where I wanted. All personal work, except paint. A friend bought a restored one (red one in pics) for 2100€ and came with a Malossi 172 kit on it. As I see it, they're becoming highly collectible year by year.
