Hello! It's been a while since posting. My 2016 Sprint now has a grand total of….. 149 miles on it. lol. I've made a few upgrades recently, but the most pressing matter is the non-latching seat. Might have damaged it while attempting to fit a helmet under there(?). From the photos or video, can anyone tell what the issue is? When putting the seat down, the latch does not stay latched. You can hear it click, but it's not doing what it's supposed to do. Don't mind purchasing a new lock mechanism if that would be the easiest solution. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Seems to have been user-error on my part. I noticed the seat-pop latch in the glove box was VERY tight. When I had the floorboards off to route wires for the SIP speedo, I had moved the seat-pull cable and it appears to have been pinched. Long story short, I moved the seat-pull cable back to the correct location and everything now works as it should.

Well found, and thanks for posting the solution.
