And I have been glad to carpe all the diems I've spent not only on scooters in general, but with the folks who grace this site in specific. We could start a list of those, too; perhaps such sharing could brighten the day.

Very sad news. He's from my ancestral homeland - same province my grandparents were from. He PM'd me once offering to show me around on Vespas if I ever came to visit Latina. I would have loved nothing more.

Terrible news, he will be missed.

He always had something positive to contribute and educate us. There is now a hole in MV.

It brought back memories of Judy, at least I was one of the lucky one's having had the privilege of having spent a day with her back in 2016!

I am shocked; I wonder if it was related to his recovery - I thought he was improving. . . I'm sooo sorry to hear that - I too have exchanged emails having visited near Latina several times. A huge loss for our forum. . .

This is very sad to hear. His enthusiasm and cheerful support kept me going. He will be missed by the scooter community. Deepest sympathies to his friends and family. RIP Attila.

This just totally knocked the wind out of me...practically at a loss for words.

He'd wished me well after my accident, and I wished him getting home for Christmas. Thankfully, he managed that, however roughly and briefly. Will miss him terribly.

Wow, can barely believe this! Only spoke with him a few days ago. Lovely guy. Will miss his jovial informed posts. Hoping he has a good journey to wherever he is going. My best wishes to his family & friends. May he RIP.

This just reminded me that over the Holidays he'd surprised me with a little voice greeting for Christmas. It was a sweet gesture. Have to go back and listen again....and feel more sad...
