preferred method is punch two holes and stitch together with small zip ties. you'd hardly notice clear. go neon if you're looking for your 37 pieces of flair.

anyway, that's a awful place for busted tabs. no place to hide a securing clip. you could do plastic body rivets and it wouldn't look too butt.

down and dirty: double sided foam tape-- bonus is that it'll suck up the rattle that you know it's gonna have.
