Modern Vespa

I'm thinking of buying a 2022 Sei Giorni, but I heard they are a one person ride. Is there a larger seat to solve that problem ? Or should I just be happy to solo?

I have the Vespa solo seat on my GTS, which I believe is identical to the seat on the Sei Giorni. Perhaps it could be used in a pinch as a double seat for a short distance, but it is not a configuration anyone would choose for regular use. On the other hand, the solo seat and the usual double seat are quickly and easily interchangeable. If you want a double seat on a Sei Giorni - put a double seat on a Sei Giorni.

A double seat would just the standard GTS seat, correct?

The seats on current GTS (and variants) in Australia etc are not the same as Europe and North America.

First. Yes, by double seat I do mean the standard GTS seat. And yes, there are two shapes for the standard seat - 2006-2014, and 2015 to present. Piaggio made a small change in the shape of the bin that the seat rests on when the 2015 ABS was introduced in the US. If you are buying a new Sei Giorni, your dealer can certainly obtain the correct seat. If you are tracking one down yourself - I believe ScooterPartsCo has the correct one and identifies it for 2015 and newer GTS.
