Picked up this little racer last month. It's a '66 Sears Smallstate. Cut down frame, Polini 130 cc, performance shocks, Vespatronic ignition. It's fast. All the original Sears bits came included in a box.

The 90ss bits are all repro, but they fit well on the VMA which is almost, but not quite, the same scoot.

I am digging it. It just needs a small light spray on the left cowl but it seems like an interesting ride. How is the riding? Is that 130cc kit quick?

Ensure you use HIGH TEMP spray, as it appears That the paint has come off due to the exhaust.

It came with a different exhaust (LTH race). I installed the banana which has a bit more clearance and hopefully runs a bit cooler. I'm not going to be racing it at the track either.

It was really dialed in with the LTH and seems to run a bit rougher now. I'll have to do some experimenting to figure out why.
