Couldn't link directly to FB but, this is the latest post on how to get camped up.
The organizers have booked our home base at the Lazy L and L. We will be staying in the riverside RV sites 128 through 133 and riverside tent camping sites 15 & 16. Please, book your sites ASAP. The clerk there told us that there really isn't an off-season anymore, so sites book up quick. See the map below. https://lazylandl.com/campmap/ |

My personal 3 day trip was going to be solo but truth be told I might be more interested in eating the cost of my reserved campsites and going with a group! |

That's great you already have a site. We're filling up fast so, beyond a couple of tents squeezed in our group, the rest need to self reserve.
We'll have a "common" area with canopies and tables set up for all to hang out. So, even if your reserved site is not right near, we'll all be able to do the fireside festivities. Some are staying in cabins or offsite as well. It's open to anyone regardless of club affiliations. The only limitation would be riding at least a 150cc due to some of the higher speed roads around Canyon Lake. But, looks like you're just fine there. I'll publish the route here: https://www.facebook.com/events/332897392066186 shortly. I've just got to dig up the link. Will be the same as last years'. We got blasted with rain so, no route changes will be necessary. If weather holds it will be a very enjoyable 70-mile ride. Hope to see you there and welcome! |

Some updated nuggets
We're excited to announce that we have a great ride route planned for Saturday morning. The route is about 70 miles long, circling Canyon Lake, and will take two to three hours to finish without stops. There are some higher speed roads so you and your scooter must be able to exceed 45mph. KSU at 10:00am at the Valero addressed below. Be fueled up, sun screened, and ready to go. 14580 River Rd Canyon Lake, TX 78133 Slower scooters will be able to enjoy trips up and down River Road (20-30mph) with lots of shade and places to stop for refreshments. As for things to do and see... Gruene and its historical district is just a short ride down River Road. There you will find restaurants and shopping. Canyon Lake's Overlook Park is also also just a short ride away where you walk across the dam or enjoy some light hiking trails. Of course, there will be tubing opportunities everywhere, so bring your swim suit. We can't wait to see you all there! ![]() |
