She loved it and the kids all thought she was a badass for it. She started learning to ride a couple years ago, but had trouble with being little (she's only 5'3") and learning to drive a manual transmission. I hope she'll come back to it, though.

I just taught my son to ride a couple of months ago at age 12, he is 5'1 but not 5'2" yet. He does better on the Sprint Veloce because it has softer seat and the ride is lower plus the turning radius is excellent. The scooter from the OP just looks right. I love the thin handle bars, simplicity, low ride and the general looks.
