I used cheap Prestone in my wet bikes but my Vespa is air cooled.

Canadian Tire sells that 'OEM Euro II' coolant you can use. It's pink and OAT. Get that but pay attention because they sell it as 50/50 mix or concentrate in identical looking jugs.
