So I have a brand new 2021 Sei Giorni, and I am wanting to upgrade both the front and rear brakes and calipers, and possibly master cylinder, and lines.

Does any one have this done what did you use, Brembo, Malossi, more important how much better feel and braking do you notice over the stock set up. I don't mind spending the money as long as it makes an amazing difference.

One other question can you do this yourself? I have heard rumors that when you change them out the ABS light will come on and not function correctly, and the only way to fix that is the dealer with their laptop resetting it ? is that so? If so I would have the work done at my nearest dealership which is 3 hours away.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated, for me, when I hit the brakes I would really like a great feel as to what the tire and brakes are doing in concert, and a huge noticeable difference whereas when you hit the levers its like whoa? if that is even possible.

first before you waste money, think tire traction!! Stock brakes are probably strong enough for street use. Braking well and safely on two wheels is serious skill----bikes can fall down.

I have two GTS300s, and I have upgraded the brake callipers on both.Makes a big difference to my confidence when riding them. The 2015 model has a Brembo calliper on the front and a Frando on the rear., while the 2018 model has Frandos front and rear.

The Brembo requires a mounting bracket on the front, while the Frandos just bolt straight on and look much neater. I don't feel any need to change the lines or master cylinders.

If you are doing the job yourself, you w ill have great difficulty bleeding the ABS system. Better to get a shop to do it, unless you have some special equipment available for the job.

try upgrading tyres and brake pads before spending money on the calipers, cylinders and lines.

You can go radial with a 4 piston caliper at the front. SIP & AF Parts both do a radial caliper carrier. And if you're on 13s you can also install an oversize disc...
