Any auto body shop that mixes its own paint should be able to help, if not, any automotive paint jobber should be able to mix it. Having the correct paint code going in would be a plus.
I have had this done a couple of times by a local auto paint shop which will do touch-up bottles, pints, and spray cans. They give you a good discount if you buy two or three types of containers at a time as they only need to mix up the paint once. The bad news is that the Vespa paint codes you find under the pet carrier mean nothing to them. The good news is they are able to scan a part from your scooter and get the information they need for mixing from that.
