After the subject was brought up, I'm beginning to think what happened isnt an engine problem, but rather a frayed belt that's wound around my clutch-
It's make sense considering the symptoms-

Unfortunatly I'm going to have to have the shop look at it, If I can't do it with one arm, I'm pretty much screwed. Last March, I literally broke the end of my elbow off, and despite surgery, it didn't heal right. There's wire holding the cap in place but it didnt graft back on and it's pretty weak...

There's an inspection hole underneath the clutch. I assume the belt performs is unscheduled disassembly in a rapid manner though.

The way the clutch and variator are designed, that's highly unlikely. If the belt frayed and bound up in your clutch, it would be broken, and your scooter would rev like crazy, but go nowhere.
When you let it idle, does the rear wheel move at all?

Yep. Ever so slightly...that'd rule out the belt being broke-

This popped in my head, and its pretty funny! A friend has a Honda Metropolitan with the GET motor. He goes to give it a tune-up and now it only goes 14mph! It was originally a Met2 (aka-sloooow) but he bought the Battlescooter blue bypass box and it unlocked the restriction. So anyways, his Met suddenly only does 14mph and he wants e to look at it, since I helped install the blue box like 7 years ago. I tell him to go over everything he did for the tune-up. He tells me he did and everything is right. So he ends up taking it to his local Honda dealer. The guy only charged him for 2 hours labor but chipped at the Metro for 3 weeks. What was the sudden cause? The owner didn't seat the air filter in the air box correctly! So my friend ends up paying just over $200 to have the air filter put in correctly! Go over everything you did before you haul it into your dealer. Know what you did and why.

^ I've read that the CV carb needs some restriction in the airbox to operate properly so maybe?

Did all of the above; still no luck.
Even tried the SeaFoam treatment. Now it backfires...
