How do I tell the difference between a 300 engine and a 125 just by looking ? Thanks

here's the pics showing the different engines in current model 300 in silver/grey vs 125/150 in white. (see my later comment for old 300)

on the right hand side look at the forward part of the engine - its very different as the 125/150 has a cooling fan+grill there whereas on the 300 you'll see the water pump (looks like a snail). also the exhaust is a different shape.

on the left side it's a little more subtle, observe the "iGet" badge on the black part of cvt cover and the shiny silver rectangular badge in the grey section of the cvt cover

also be careful as some websites get it wrong

and the previous generation 300 engine looks like this on the left (the right only has minor changes). note the easily recognisable round section on the rear of the cvt

lastly the new 300 hpe EURO5 has a clamp on the exhaust unlike the euro 3/4
