If you have the knowledge to be able to figure out repair costs +-150-200, it depends on the price. If you don't, double whatever you think the most could be. Bikes that look like this one make people hate matte paint.

Clear title?
as some one who has to repair bikes with matte paint, I hate matte paint. it scratches SO easily, it takes on fingerprints and smudges like a MOFO and it's a pain in the ass to clean. and if you're doing a crash repair? well, good luck on matching any of that.

I say this as somebody that has a matte black bike. but if I scratch it no big deal, I'll just touch it up with the rattle can.

but yeah, MV is on it. this is a mechanic's special that should have a bargain bin price.

good on you.

now order tires for it immediately. besides those Savas being old and wayyyy past their prime, they are a dog shit tire of the highest order.

see the marking/staining on the muffler? make sure that doesn't correspond to a fuel leak! the tap, pump and lines are all right there so best to check that out on the pronto.

THIS.
My constant reminder about this and similar.
I didn't immediately replace the old tires on my first used bike. I didn't know enough at the time & they had plenty of tread left. At 20mph, a swerve maneuver to dodge an animal that should have been nothing ended up being disastrous. Bike slipped like I had hit black ice in the middle of summer. My finger got pinched between the bar end and the pavement. I didn't know I broke it until the swelling went down 2 weeks later...by then, it was too late to correct.
New tires and scuff 'em in!
Best outcome from a low-speed high side.
