Has anyone here replaced their front shocks bike is a 2013 500 lt sport can find new ones but in brackets says mingxing are these the correct ones as diagram not that clear is it a straightforward job

The tilt locking part, is an added complication, you'll probably have to bleed the hydraulics after replacing the shocks, there are some threads about removing this stuff
Tilt lock modification, or fix.

Only ones are the ones that piaggio supplies with black or red springs from the HPE sport shocks in front are the same on all models

As Maksor says. Also the latest o/e piaggio part number for the front shocks will be probably slightly different in looks to the ones you have on you bike they have been uprated eg. different spring with less coils ,1mm thicker damper rod and the main body slightly wider. You may also find the bike is not quite as wooden on the front end. Nobody makes replacement front shocks ,Hagon in the UK were looking into this but nothing has ever turned up ,i think it could be done but there would have to be a market for it and probably thats why Hagon have not bothered.
