Ive drilled out my fuel bowl to main stack to the recommended 2.5mm to help prevent fuel starvation.
The problem is Im not sure if ive drilled through far enough?
I cant see the drill when I look down the main stack hole?
When i measure how far I drilled through its around 10mm.
But when I make a close up photo of the drilled hole I still see a small edge at the back of where I have drilled.
Is this expected or do I need to drill more?
Just dont want to drill right through.
Here is a photo.
Cheers Robbie

When it's through you can see the drill bit at the bottom of the stack. Carry on.

A hand drill set is most useful here - you won't break through the bottom because you will feel the bit when you reach the stack turning free.

Called a pin vise.

And if you're concerned about not seeing the drill bit, stick a smaller drill bit that is smaller than the hole until you see it pop into view. That way you at least know what you're looking for....

You can also put a smaller bit in hole, to get a depth measurement, transfer that to larger bit with a marker etc. Then put a piece of electrical tape as a flag, for a visible depth mark while drilling.

not really, it's more for performance oriented builds. it certainly can't hurt, but it's not necessary for a stock build.
