Went over yesterday to neighbors garage and awoke Elena from her winters nap.
The CHT gauge showed 40F when I rolled her outside.
Fuel tap on, choke out.
Popped on third kick, fired up on fifth kick.
Settled down to a good idle after a few minutes.
When temp reached 165 took her for a short ride to warm everything up.
Really good to be back on 2 wheels.
The cite has come thru and swept the winter sand from the streets and we have rain today and tomorrow to wash remaining salt residue from the major streets.
Sunny forecast for Sunday so riding season is back.

Sounds like a very happy afternoon, huh, ex? Congrats on the healthy 5-kick start!

It's finally almost here, two-wheel season for those of us who live in the snowbelt! We in MN are a little bit behind you in WI, weather-wise (snow is forecast here next week), but I definitely feel it coming…..
