I have a p200 motor installed in a 63 GL. I rebuilt the motor, and clutch but left the Cush drive alone. The motor has plenty of power and runs and idles well. The problem happens immediately when I'm off throttle, the scooter feels jerky and I find myself using the clutch whenever I'm off throttle.
Could it be the Cush drive? I did shake it when I had it out and it felt solid.
Or a jetting issue? Main-120, mixer-BE3, slow running-120, choke-60
Thanks

it almost sounds like the clutch is getting hung up. if it's a cosa check that you have the correct plates and proper clearance on the backplate/gear cog to ensure that everything is disengaging properly.

either way, I'd be checking the clutch before cracking some cases.

Hey Greasy, I put in a new Cosa clutch and everything is working fine again. I could pull the clutch lever with my pinky now. And no bogging.
Thanks
