I use the mobile website version most often, so I don't know how it differs from desktop, but I found it by tapping my profile pic icon in the upper right. Next to the notifications and PMs icons.

Thanks for the reminder Cheshire. I must have found the notes section during Jess's update of the forum a few months ago and then forgotten about it. I clicked on my profile and found some old notes I'd totally forgotten about Facepalm emoticon
