I know you have all seen it before the pictures will explain. What do I do now? The Motorsports tool bent I am leaving on over night mabye the swing arm will pop sprayed with Break Free. Thank you.
two/three jaw puller might be your next/easiest step. you should be able to rent one from a local auto parts store if you don't want to lay down the cash to buy one outright.
a pair of crowbars behind the swing arm and wedged up against the wheel works, just throw a little heat on the bearing and give the shaft a few sharp raps with a hammer to loosen it all up.
either way, you've got a new bearing in your future. dress the shaft down smooth and be sure to reassemble with grease or anti-seize.
Put puller on one good smack on center bolt with hammer job done i have done several like this. I built some of those pullers trust me it will work. Capt. Gary
The back wheel was off the ground put it on side stand for picture. I went and borrowed a puller from Advance Auto Parts
never have used one. Said heck with it got a claw hamer and got behind it and it came off after about a half hour. Thank you for your help. Now I have to do my GT250i I hope it goes a little easier. Do you think Scoter West will warranty the puller that bent? Just kidding do you think it is compromised if I straighten it? Again thank you for your help I love working on my Vespa's I really do.
Use puller as it is snug it pu tight smack center bolt with hammer job done a little grease on shaft before reinstall hope you didn't do any damage with claw hammer on scooters you will find thats a caveman tool
