I can't be the only person to have spotted this. Increasingly I am seeing this image (see picture) in posts that are way older than the new Ukraine conflict. This screenshot was from a project report from 2007.

Good question. I've not seen the image on anything other than the MV site. I will take a look. I am the first to admit that I am total technophobe, so probably the issue lies with my devices, although I see the image on both my android phone and laptop. Perhaps they both need caches emptying? Headache emoticon

Have you checked the URL?

I wonder if someone found a way to post a new image at an expired URL. Maybe the insane is hosted on some external site.
