While loading the page I'm getting an unsecured connection on two different browsers. Says something about security certificate expired in the last day.
Anyone else getting this message when loading the page?

What's happening is that the Certificate Authority for MV's certificate is an open platform called Lets Encrypt. They provide free cert's, which is a huge improvement from the days when verified certs cost a few hundred bucks PER YEAR.
The downside to this is that the certs they issue are only valid for 90 days, so you have to have a script that runs on a regular basis to automatically renew the cert. It usually utilizes a set of tools called "certbot." Sometimes, certbot will fail and you wind up with an invalid cert after it expires until the site admin deals with it manually. I use LetsEncrypt and Certbot for my personal sites and domains, too, and run into these problems from time to time as well. So nothing to worry about. Jess will get it sorted out and then it may or may not hiccup again in another 90 days. |

I'm not familiar with mvbot, but certbot is a command-line tool for automating the generation, signing, and installation of SSL certs for Web servers.
So rather than having to manually configure the SSL attributes in your Apache or Nginx configuration, it'll do it all for you auto-magically, which is pretty darn nice if you're dealing with more than Zero of them. |

Ahhh....Not entirely dissimilar, in that they're both 'bots (automated processes) but not much similarity beyond that, I suspect.
