Before I got into scooting, I've been designing and 3D printing a bunch of knick knacks. I decided to give it a whirl with the Vespa horn emblem.

After a few prints and adjustments, I think I have a good template for a emblem base that I can now customize to my liking, including both colors, symbols, words, etc.

Attached is just a skull design I downloaded from a font pack that I then extruded onto my emblem template.

Anyone else have cool 3D printing mods here?

any chance of the model for that badge? (not so interested in the skull but am in the badge itself)

I just installed my first custom 3d printed mod: grills styled like the ones on the sides of the glove box in place of the passenger foot pegs. was going to post about it soon.

I need to optimize this a bit more. It snaps on super securely, but tends to snap off rather hard and breaks off the plastic tab on the emblem

I'll play around with the design a little bit more and then post. Probably a combo of filament type and some design tweaking needed here.

I did a badge in ABS for my Stella.

The base STL model is easy to modify in TinkerCAD.

Thanks! That gave me the idea, and the means to do this (not printed yet though):
