2012 GTS300

Hello, while removing the rear tire i noticed (please see attachment) wrapped around the axle. Can anyone tell me what it could be. Didnt notice any damages near axle, bushings area.

Looks like some wire you've picked up off the road and it's got wrapped around your axle.
