I order a seat from scooterpartsco on April 20th and no response. I've called them and sent an email. Is my money gone and {lost}. Does people have any experience with them?

Not a "scam". They are good to go. This must just be some mix up. Heck, if I order on Monday I'll often have it on Friday. PM Motovista in this forum and he can probably help you out.

because you're across the border it may be taking longer than usual to receive your package. add in the fact that it's taking longer for companies to process orders and shipping has been slower than usual and you'll get to where we are.
I've ordered from scooterpartsco.com MANY times and the parts always arrive and, most importantly they're always correct. smooth down your ruffled feathers, it's a small business not amazon. |

14 days without communication is unreasonable to me and I've tried to communicate with them an no success. I'm not angry per se just disappointed their communications not very good. If they let me know it out of stock or on backorder or something then I would have been happy just no communication in 14 days is really poor customer service is all. I've read some disappointed customers on their facebook page as well but the community here is supportive of them which makes feel better about my purchase with them.

I have used them many times. Always good responses, you can always try to email them, I have found this is the best means of communicating with them is via Email. scooterpartsco@gmail.com
Good luck, and a little patience with Mom and Pops shops, go a long way in keeping them open and semi flourishing. |
