So the case side is stripped where the oil drain plug goes in on 09 fly 150. Is there a fix for this? It's 24mm so tapping larger isn't really an option is it? I'd like to get away with not having to swap the case for another one. Any insight is appreciated!

JB Weld or other structural adhesive - and just suck the oil out of the dipstick hole in future. Plenty of others have had to do the same.

I did exactly that on Rocket, my 2006 Vespa GT.

It worked fine until other engine problems caused its replacement at 76,000 miles.

Drill & tap the plug for a 1/4" pipe plug, so you can still drain
Glue the original plug in with jb weld or epoxy
