Idk - Check the high tension wire for continuity/damage? Check the battery? I'm pretty sure I've had an HT wire that "looked" fine, but wasn't getting enough juice to the spark plug, resulting in lots of mis-starts and pissed-off attempts to restart, with the end result being a non-running scooter and fouled spark plugs. Does the scooter run and that spark plug is the result of the running engine? Or did you try to start the scooter 100 times, without success, and that spark plug is the result?

Yeah I tried to start the scooter 100 times maybe literally and this was the attempt I had ran through 10 spark plugs and they all came out looking like this the scooter still is but starting

If this was a carburetor bike, I would say it is way too rich/not enough air(too much choke or clogged air filter and maybe possible a ring problem allowing some oil in the mix. Is this a stock machine? That is, has anyone messed around with the injector, exhaust, or throttle position sensor?

Does anybody know how can I check and make sure that the scooter is getting enough air to the engine I did a lot I'll tell you I flushed gas I got new spark plug I got new air and oil filter I adjusted the valves I did the timing I took apart the bike and checked the piston was all good I removed the evap system I checked fuel pump and fuel injectors it was all good I checked for compression it was perfect I cleaned the air port inside the ECU and the key gets detected but still no start…. 😕😐🥱 I watched all robots videos on what to do did it all and nothing nothing at all

And I have a battery charger with 2 batteries charged them both up to about 100% went downstairs cranked for about 10 min straight each battery and nothing it turns on but then dies down so rough the whole scooter shakes as it dies badly

This is the port I cleaned out for the air flow on both sides and it was massively dirty but still doesn't turn on

If you start it and then ride it off at decent revs does it die then? I'm still questioning the cleanliness of that idle bypass passage...

Once I try to start it it goes on for like about 2 seconds then it just cuts off then would be hard to start again I cleaned it yesterday with carb cleaner then I used a high pressure air hose to finish the job and air was flowing freely I watched a video about black spark plugs it could only be 2 things I'm down to now either clogged or leaky fuel injectors because it's pushing to much gas onto the spark and it's not lighting it properly orrrr the 2nd thing they said it could be oil vapors sneaking past the piston and getting onto the spark plug which is not letting the spark actually spark up and do it's proper job

Yesterday I had removed the fuel injector and tried to start it and there was a huge flame that just popped up from the injector port hole with a loud boom which I assume was the spark igniting the fuel that was left in there it was like a flame that came up was dangerous but I was just checking it out and it ignited it sooo there's only 2 things I guess I need to check out either clogged fuel injector or leaky or oil bypassing the piston and valves getting to the spark not letting it ignite cause like I said I took off the fuel injector from the port tried to start it and there was a big boom!! With a huge flame that came out of the hole

You don't fix a leaky injector - you change it. A partially blocked one can be cleaned and cleared, but a leaky one is beyond redemption.
