My Minn-MAX Scooters of Minnesota riding group hit the trail
into SW Wisconsin between Prescott WI to Durand WI on the
Chippewa. We swung South to the Mississippi River then back
home. I logged 250 miles.

The first half of the ride never got above 50 degrees with some
sprinkles that were not forecasted. The afternoon actually had
the sun come out.

The Chippewa River flows into the Mississippi. Along the
Chippewa is the quaint Wisconsin town of Durand. In Durand
is a great restaurant called the Riverside Grill. A popular
lunch destination for my riding group. Today, they had a
a musical festival at the Riverside Grill called "Beatles on
the Chippewa". Local performers played live Beatle songs.

This riding group were hardy souls. Although, we thought we
might have been the stupid kids in the smart classes riding
in the cold.

Nickj,

Thanks for your kind comments. After spending $11,000 US
without test driving it, I have to like it. But, objectively the
machine is amazing on many levels and I love it.

Hopefully, I am not to long winded.

1. I bought the scoot before it arrived at the dealer because
it was almost the same weight as my Suzuki Burgman 400
with more power. Lower weight due to aluminum frame.

2. I am not use to two cylinders and the power. I had to relearn
starting slow from a start. I was jerky at first because this
thing is a rocket. After the first 200 miles (keeping below 48
miles per hour) I was able to open it up to 90 miles per hour US.

3. Extremely well balance front to back allowing great handling
and easy up on the center stand.

4. Seat opens from the front to back. I had to get use to this.

5. The filler opening for fuel is the exact same size as the fuel
station nozzle. No spilling of gas - none. Almost like a car.

6. Windscreen is adequate - but I am use to more. Simple
four screws - I may install a larger one.

7. Sound of the muffler, when you start it up or speed up is amazing.

8. Old fart, it took me a while to adjust to the no key technology.
Further, this scoot has so many electronic enhancements I may
take a while learning everything. The three level heated hand grips
are amazing for riding in Minnesota.
That is my initial input. This thing is great for in town riding or
cruising across the world.

Hi Bob, sounds like an amazing machine, maxi scooters are a rare sight in the UK , well in Mid Wales anyway and so are Kymco. I doubt I'll get to see one in the flesh so to speak, I'll look forward to reading your ride reports. Ride safe and have fun, cheers Nick.
