I recently purchased a Kuryakyn Grand Pet Palace dog carrier to take my 21lbs Jack Russell to work with me.

Today was our first ride and suffice to say it went well. Loulou was comfortable and enjoyed the wind in her ears. She only griped at one stop light that took exceedingly long.

The Kuryakyn Grand Pet Palace is technically designed for dogs up to 20lbs though I think Loulou will be just fine, the larger size called the Titan just seems to be a bit too much in scale. Loulou has enough room to sit upright and pop her head out of the top window. If she wanted to lye down she could, though snuggle. There are three mesh ventilation pouches, so no need to worry about air flow on a hot day.

I find the carrier really well built, and it comes with plenty of straps to get the carrier securely attached to the rear luggage rack. You need to figure out your own method of cinching it down tight as the instructions basically tell you not to strap to it a chain or swing arm [super useful].

I friend of mine cut a hole in a Genuine Buddy matched top box, padded the cut edges with split tubing, then put a small windscreen in front of the opening. Her dog loved it.

That stop sign was totally still yellow.

I believe that this will fasten onto the rear rack. It has a hard bottom, a collar clip, and a cover with a hole for fuzzy to stick it head out.

Today I took my doggo for a ride for the 1st time and he absolutely loved it. I need to buy him some goggles and a helmet now. Look how cute!!!

This carrier is proving to be quite the asset. It's a great carrier for small items when the doggo is not with. Loulou mostly loves her rides, except for when we get stuck at long red lights. Lots and lots of whining.


I noticed at any speed above 40mph she was squinting a lot so my wife got her an awesome pair of Doggles.
