Modern Vespa

I am working on my 1983 Vespa 50 special with battery. I'm not certain this is the original stator. 5 wires. I soldered the white wire back and have brake lights now. There is no output from lighting coil. Can someone please help me figure out which coil this is and hopefully where I can order one. I would be open to a replacement stator plate just to have a spare but would like to repair this one as well. Scooter is running great. The person who worked on this previously stuck a 12 v battery in it and I'm repairing and replacing the damage from that. Thank you!

So after further inspection it turns out dude who tried to fix this soldered to enamel. I got all the lights working by soldering to the tops of the connections. Still would like some insight on what to order for a replacement.

What color are all the wires coming off the stator?

Does the bike have turn signals?

Where is the bike from?
