I noticed that a lot of the URLs weren't clickable, since they were lacking the protocol prefix. I went to add https:// to the relevant ones, but then got sucked into checking that the links actually work, and reorganizing the list by state and country!

I removed a few places that were clearly gone - e.g. owner posted that they'd retired - but left a few where it's unclear.
