Idle screw keeps tightening it self.

I've been trying to adjust my idle for a few months. It idles at about 1200 to 1400 rpm. Every time I try to drop the idle down by turning the idle screw anticlockwise, it rises back up. Today when adjusting it, I noticed that the screw would tighten itself when I gave it throttle. It has a 3D printed bell mouth, so that may have something to do with it.

Any fix for this? Replace it or find a stronger spring?

Will give it a try. Thanks.
Went out to the home center today and bought spring roughly the same size, cut it down and added it to the existing spring. A little too short, but it seems to work.

I'm in Japan I'll try and find something here, otherwise I'll have to wait till my next big order from vespa motorsport or SIP.

Car and motorcycle shops here are pretty useless.
