It's not original. I used the color code for giallo karakiri which seemed more orange but I am happy with how it turned out. Allstates definitely pull great in second and I had a three speed so second gear went on forever which was so nice.

Cdevillasante are you in Petaluma? I am in Novato. I think I recognize that road but it could be the peninsula. Did a 53 mile loop phbh 30 has a little tuning left but its running great. It has an old Malossi 210 kit and I just replaced the bearings and put a mazzuchelli crank in.

I planned on making it but AMA Flat track got moved to this weekend in Chico. I want to hit some more rallys this season I got the bike ready for it.

I got out for lunch today even though overcast and threatening rain.

I was in Petaluma last weekend and rode in a car out to Reyes peninsula. All I could think about was wishing I had a scooter.......

Next time gimme a call. I have 2 scooters but only one butt!

There's a big classic car show here in Petaluma today. It's where they filmed American graffiti so that's what it's called. Among a sea of cars I spotted this GL that is the one that was in the movie.

In the picture it has a leg shield box, black wheels and trim on the mudguard.

Rhody days festival kicks off summer festivals up and down the Oregon coast. I went to the car show this morning and parked with my two wheeled brethren.

That's a VBB in the photograph. The still from the movie in the background looks like a Rally. Definitely two different bikes.

You might have taken home a trophy if you had. It wouldn't be the first time that's happened to someone on here.

My Super125 w/ LML motor and 10" wheels is my main go to for longer rides, the AllState and Dan Motors Super still need VIN inspections to get their papers etc, so they stick pretty close to home.

The Super125 fired right up after sitting for three months and I wanted a road test too before I planned to go too far. Yesterday and this morning were cloudy, damp & chilly but this afternoon the sun came out and so did I .

Last Sunday done nice solo 135 km ride. Mostly on countryside roads with little picnic in the forest.

If this is what summer is going to be like I may try to invent a Time Machine and skip it. So friggin hot already. But I got out for my allergy shot today and stopped by a friends to drop of a infrared paint stripping tool and stopped by this mural today on my way back home.

Took Bella out on Sunday as Ride Host for the Hamilton NZ DGR ride. 61 participants raised NZ$15000.

Over 150 riders raised over $30,000 USD here in Nashville. I was the lone scooter, but I was a proud lone scooter.

I've worn checkered laces for years and the only time they ever got noticed until recently was when someone assumed I must be a big car racing fan.

When I was at the total eclipse this spring, though, I was talking with one of my wife's co-workers who remarked that he knew I must be into ska because of the checkered laces. Much better.

Now I wish I'd bothered to polish my boots! Thanks, dude! There were a few really cool custom bikes and a few good vintage bikes, but most of 'em were just plain ol' modern motorcycles. Still, good turnout for a good cause, so I'm not complaining. I was the only scooterist, so I was the only one who *could* be a proper mod! I need a three button suit next year to really pull it off.

Most of the people really went for it dressed like they were country gentry, but I guess that's kind've the correct vibe, it's just not my vibe.

Yesterday's work trip unexpectedly turned into a pleasure on the way back with visiting nice places.

Some warm(ish), dry weather appeared out of nowhere earlier this week, so I piled a few more miles on the Primavera and checked out the new nearby coffee shop/pub. The smash burger is pretty good, and they have one of my favorite dark ales on tap (Irish Death from Iron Horse Brewing).

honestly this is so smart. you can chase shit until the cows come home or you could just ride. if it ain't broke - don't fix it.

Goorgeous day yesterday. Didn't have a lot of time so just went for a 30 cruise around. Worth it.

Finally got around to pulling the SIP Road off the AllState and installing it on the DanMotors Super w/ the new Pinasco top end. It has been temporarily hampered by an LML catalytic muffler and on my test ride today I found the SIP woke it right up.

Ignore the temptations. You don't need to hurt yourself doing stupid sh!t like in your younger days. Too many days ahead to be healthy and riding.

I snuck the Bajaj into the back stage area at the Hermosa Beach Memorial Day Fiesta to see the Alligators. Felt good keeping an eye on the scoot and watching the show at the stage.
