More photographic evidence from the weekend. Lots of riding. Lots of shenanigans. I highly recommend it.

Conked out after a short ride and a grocery stop. The culprit was the usual suspect: fuel starvation.
I pulled over at the county jail, checked the plug and cleaned the carb jets , and bailed out of there. I thought of the boys (and girls?) probably having their dinner inside and said, keep your chin up guys. Then I raced home, keeping it just under the limit.

I just counted. This is my 8th year keeping Blue on the roadways. She is running like a total TOP, if I may say so without completely jinxing my non-mechanical self. It's a miracle, fellow Vespisti. Cheers to many more years! 🍾 🥂 🎉 It's pretty darn hard to park on sand. Blue just wants to conk over on her side. Tips? Trix?
I'd love to go on longer more creative rides, but this is what life is handing me right now. I'm just grateful that I'm still getting out a little bit.

Right on K - 8 years and running strong. You've got more mechanical skills than you think.
Thanks for the awesome pictures - I love seeing scooter lake pictures. And a trick I've used to keep a scooter on the sand is bring a chunk of fence board or 1x4 that's long enough to fit between the two legs. Or two little chunks, one for each leg. But that means you've got to plan for parking on the beach... |

Queens chaotic intersection.

Wasn't really expecting to see this while I was out this morning.
It's a sightseeing copter, I'm 99% certain, but I really didn't expect to see them operating out of a stormwater collection pond next to Top Golf.

As compared, this would be the easiest LZ in the world. |

Facts.
And…. With the renewed rear brakes the vnb4t is just a joy to ride. 1 up 2 down and torque that will lift the front wheel. 😄 |

Some shots from open practice at the track yesterday. There's a video of me sliding out on my instagram (@millionsofscooters) My GoPro keeps skipping when recording so it's not worth uploading to YouTube, very annoying. I'm
Left turns all the way to edge or tire…
Right turn not so much, engine scrapping stops me from leaning the bike any more…
Pretty much all the damage from my slide out

Got both the beauties out today.
Bluey went on a food run while Bear went on a "god dammit I hope the oil pump isn't leaking anymore" run. So far so good. About 15 miles for Bear and no evidence of the oil leaking out from under the carb box. Fingers crossed. Also added a LED headlight to Bear. Bluey will get hers soon. They work well on AC too. Got the friends together.

I drove to my hometown - 500 km round trip.
In my hometown I changed P to LML 200 and done near 80km to wild camping for two nights. LML sits almost two years without moving, but started easily by few kicks.
