Yes, that's about the nuts and bolts of it.

No smoke - not a single puff. Not complaining… it just feels odd.

Running fully-synthetic 2T oil… upped the autolube a tad (better safe than sorry, especially with the new bits.

Is there therapy available for people who are accustomed to the 2T oils of yesteryear?

Good point - I could trim my parent's hedges to get my kicks.
Last time (6-7 years ago), I burned a hole in my trousers (crotch area) due to a rather hot exhaust. Smokin'…. for an entirely different t reason. 🤣
