I am looking at replacing the cush plates and springs on a V90. Any tips, tricks, or video links appreciated. Thanks.

I mean, besides cracking the cases? it's pretty much the same as doing a large frame cush.

drills outs rivets. do the springs, plate and peen back new rivets.

beyond that?

center punch the rivets (like REAL good) and use a fresh and sharp drill bit.

the whole thing has to come apart either way. so refresh and replace what needs when you're there!
