can you guys recommend a digital tire pressure checker and what PSI do y'all run on your GTS?

I run what is recommended, front 26, rear 29. Running the front at 30 helps with the wobbles, but I don't like adding extra wear to the tire.

As far as a gauge goes, we use something like these, and they do a decent job.

I use the Motion Pro Digital tire gauge, 0-60 psi. Pricey at around $100 but very accurate.

Tire pressure is whatever the decal under the seat calls for.

i also run what they prefer too. i think it says the front should be 26.1, and the back should be 37.7? if im correct...i just use a cheap gas store tire gauge. works like garbage, but good enough, haha

I look inside the glovebox for the recommendations....add a few rear pounds for my weight.

I use a gauge like this when I'm on the road:

https://smile.amazon.com/AWELTEC-Pressure-Settings-Motorcycle-Non-Slip/dp/B08RDN8T1R/ref=sr_1_8?crid=H4SQ9YPIDTGA&keywords=digital+tire+gauge&qid=1654740065&sprefix=digital+tire+gauge%2Caps%2C1573&sr=8-8

Not necessarily enamored of it, but it works for me....

I just got this one from Motion Pro a few weeks ago after using an analog gauge for 3 years and oh is it nice.

https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/motion-pro-digital-tire-pressure-gauge?sku_id=1314266

The numbers are big and easy to read, complete with a green backlight so you can always see them. The readings are accurate to +/- 0.6PSI. It has an air release valve so you can let air out of your tires and get to the exact pressure you want (and the tire pressure updates as you do so). The hose is a good length and the part that goes on the tire swivels so you can always get it in the right position. You can switch between different units if you like. It's fantastic.

I figured that I check my tire pressure all the time (before every ride) so why not splurge a little and make it an enjoyable experience? My previous gauge was quite finicky and I had to reposition it several times before I got a good seal. This one works perfectly every time. Highly recommend.

As for what pressure, I follow the manual and do 26 PSI in the front + 29 PSI in the rear.

Primarily I just glance at the TPMS I installed every now and then. And when actually adjusting i watch the display on my electric tire inflater which gives pretty much the same numbers as the TPMS. I run approx 26/28 @ 18C (a lot of people forget about the effect of temperature when measuring pressure)

Whoa, fancy! Gotta be nice to use though.

Just decided to treat myself to an inline gauge for my air compressor. Getting kind of tired of switching between compressor and gauge..... the problem with the gauge I linked to above is that you have to scroll between different measuring systems....you don't get psi right off the mark....

This is the in-line gauge I have in my garage. I really like it.

A big reminder:. Recalibrate your ASR after playing with tire pressures or of course replacing a tire

And another reminder: measure tire pressure when they are at a normal-ish temperature. ie not first thing on a frosty morning and not when you've just ridden for a couple of hours at 100kph on a hot summer day.
