I am interested in buying a Euro Headset for my USA Rally 200 that I am rebuilding. Small thing, a few extra cm diameter headlamp, but I like the look. I thought I saw one on line to buy, but now I cannot remember where. In any case, if anyone has any recommendations as to where to source this item, please let me know.

Thank you.

It's great those euro parts are available new still. The headset was used on all the euro Rallys and Sprints, so I guess there are more of those.

Does your Rally have the key on the headset ?

There are 2 types of headsets for the Rally so make sure you get the right one. One has the hole for the key and the other one has the hexagon Piaggio logo in place of the key hole.

The one with the key is really hard to find. It took me a year to find one for a future build. Got it on the Italian eBay for 140€ including shipping to Greece. Indicator kit is from BGM (LED, smoked)...

Yeah, no key in the headset, just run of the mill USA DOT Rally 1974 200. The Bar Italia one is perfect. I also found one on Ebay from Thailand that is less cost, but the Bar Italia one is brand new, so you cannot beat that.
